My name is Reza Sarkhosh and I have founded Orizen to deliver independent advisory on hydrogen, infrastructure and complex energy projects.
I am an accredited manager with over 2 decades of international experience in leading projects from early development through FEED and EPC, with accountability for technical readiness, cost, and schedule, contractor oversight, performance management and progress reporting.
I have followed executive programmes in Business Strategy, Organizational Leadership and Organizational Renewal, which enables me in building new teams, recognizing the opportunity and performance gaps and leading the change, cross-functional collaboration, and evaluating the impact of new strategies on business financial performance.
